Richard is a Director with Goodman Masson and leads the firms Banking and Financial Services Division which specialises in; Regulatory Finance and Reporting, Finance Business Partnering and Decision Support, Credit, Market and Quantitative Risk Management, Finance Risk, Change, Actuarial, Product Control and Front Office. Richard has over 12 years experience within banking and financial services recruitment and was instrumental in the establishment of Goodman Masson’s Financial Service Division. Over the years, he has developed strong relationships with a range of financial institutions and has delivered contingency, search, volume hire and talent pipeline solutions.
