Senior IT Auditor

The Company

Our client, a global travel group, is seeking a senior IT auditor to join their global audit team in London.

The Role

The global audit services team, reporting directly to the CEO and the Chair of the Audit Committee, is responsible for completing commercially focused reviews of systems/processes and associated controls as well as acquisition integration reviews and ad hoc investigations. The candidate will be leading the delivery of individual IT audits through the entire audit process from planning and scoping through to report issue and file closure, including application, infrastructure and project audits. The ideal candidate will hold an IT audit qualification (CISA, QICA, CRISC), a university degree, have at least 3 years practical experience of auditing IT processes, applications, infrastructure, IT security and projects; and be able to understand processes and controls and identify potential risks to the business. The candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision. He/she will have a proven track record of engaging with senior management on IT issues, controls and findings in a commercial and pragmatic manner to positively influence the risk and control agenda of the business. The role will involve a significant amount of UK and international travel (c. 50-70%).Salary
