This position is based within International Wealth team serving wealthy expatriates around the globe, HNW individuals and Corporate and Retail customers in the Islands. You will be responsible for taking the intermediary propositions to the external marketplace. You will be responsible for sourcing new business through Intermediary relationships with emphasis on Multi-national Corporates. You will also be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, providing support, training and guidance to your Intermediaries and key internal stakeholders as well as attending regular networking events, trade and consumer lead events
You will be self-motivated with an absolute ability to work independently and to drive sales. Commitments to customer service, strong communication skills, refined interpersonal skills and presentation skills are critical. A proven sales track record is essential. A degree of travel will be required.
The role provides an excellent introduction to International Wealth, which specialises in providing personal and private banking services for International Expatriates. Candidates without asset management experience will not be considered for this role.
