Working as part of an expanding team, you will be working purely with top tier financial institutions to look at benchmarking data, analysing this to advise clients on executive remuneration structures.
You will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with existing clients, working with C suite external stakeholders in order to ensure a thorough understanding of their business, you will be looking to add real value in the executive compensation space.
