A leading financial company in London require a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
You will support 50% desktop and 50% application, looking to raise the standard of the existing support team moving it to a more managed and controlled environment using SCCM, Audits, Performance Tuningwhilst also helping to move the department towards a more streamlined environment.
The ideal candidate will have around 3 years support experience of hardware and software.
You will also have excellent communication skills including excellent customer facing skills.
Knowledge of working within the front office would be desirable.
