We are currently recruiting for a PART TIME Senior Finance member to join the UKs Biggest Independent Media Advertising Agency based in central London. You will be Reporting to the CFO, and the role includes responsibility for compliance and management of the day to day processes of the Finance Team. You will also have ownership of the UKs financial reporting and treasury process within the UK. The role will work closely with a number of key stake holders both in and out of finance, so the ability to build strong relationships is key.

ROLE

*Responsible for treasury function including; cash management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis including cash forecasts for monthly management accounts
*Compliance and reporting of banking covenants
*Special projects: Funding or M&A, working directly with the CFO to build business and financial models.
*Management of the annual audit. Including liaising with external auditors, preparing audit file, reviewing and implementing suggested system improvements and clearing MLP's.
*Preparation of statutory accounts for 6 group companies including consolidated group accounts.
*Management of the corporation tax return process for the main trading company and other group and holding companies.
*Responsibility for other tax matters; VAT, withholding tax, PAYE, NIC.
*Lots of Ad hoc commercial project.

The successful candidate will be a newly Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with Relevant experience.

£45,000 Pro Rata + Benefits
